Life isn’t just a journey — it’s a climb. Each step on the ladder brings its struggles, triumphs, and choices. But too often, we find ourselves chained — bound by sin, guilt, shame, and the cycles we can’t seem to break. Those chains weigh heavy, convincing us the climb is impossible.

But there’s a way out, a way up.

I’ve stood at the bottom, looking up at the spiritual ladder, shackled by the weight of my own pride, addiction, and mistakes. The climb seemed endless, and the chains only tightened with every misstep. It wasn’t until I surrendered — to God, to grace, to the possibility of change — that those chains began to break. Each step has been a battle, but with every inch of progress, I’ve learned that true freedom isn’t found in perfection. It’s found in persistence.

Hooked on Grace: Breaking the Chains

Sin doesn’t just creep in; it wraps tight, whispering lies that we’re too broken to change. But God’s grace doesn’t stop where sin starts. The moment we acknowledge our chains, God starts working to break them.
