Deceptive Unity
--
Deceptive unity is rooted in superficial conversations and interactions we have daily — discussions involving gossip, judgment, comparison, and a dialogue of separation. Is there anything misleading about these types of interactions? Maybe, maybe not. Again it depends on who you ask and who is leading that person’s senses on the journey. However, the complicated thing about deceptive unity is that for most of us living in it, there came a time in our early childhood when we were programmed with such mentalities to lead our senses. We had no choice. Like many other things on the journey, our early child growth and development have led to our present outlooks and beliefs in life that, for many of us, if not questioned sooner than later, can have unfortunate outcomes. Reflect today on whether your internal and external rhetoric leads you towards true oneness with your environments or creates a more inner and outer separation of your environments. Of course, this is a question that only your inner child can answer.
