Be transformed

Renewing our minds is not easy, and it’s not like we can one day say, “I think I’ll renew my mind today to think and live differently.” Our mental patterns, reactions, and behaviors are years of programming, and breaking these patterns will take time, effort, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Saint Paul spoke of the process when he wrote, “Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God” (Romans 12:2).

God’s good, pleasing, and perfect will is for us to be living out our true potential, calling, and authenticity through the power of inspiration within us, leaving behind the old self to be renewed.
